Spent New Year's Eve in a basic hotel near good public transport links in Helsinki. The best aspects were friendly staff making you feel welcome, free wireless internet and free use of computer. The rooms were mostly quiet at night, and the location was ideal for accessing public transportation to move around Helsinki. Finding a good place to park the car inside for a small extra fee was convenient.
On the other hand, while breakfast was offered, it didn't belong to the hotel price and wasn't worth it. There were some ants and problems with the cleaning of the room mainly because there was no replacement of towels or cleaning during the weekends or the reception staff.

The hotel's location near the airport and Malmi area makes it convenient for travelers like me. The easy access to public transportation, including local trains and buses, was a major advantage. It was also great to have parking available, even though it required an additional fee. The silence at night ensured a peaceful sleep.

The breakfast options are limited and could be improved.

The price and the size of the room were good. the location was also convenient for getting around and exploring the city.
The hotel was quite outdated and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. the staff was not very friendly or helpful, and there were several issues with the amenities such as the lack of hand towels and a soap dish in the shower.
